RCIC-IRB & Co-Founder of Pacific Stream Immigration
Pam is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) and co-founder of Pacific Stream Immigration. She completed her Post-Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law at Queen’s University and graduated Cum Laude, among the top of her class, with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from De La Salle University Manila.
Pam’s career in immigration began in 2020, when she worked as a Legal Assistant for an immigration lawyer. From the beginning, she found purpose in helping individuals, families, and employers navigate the Canadian immigration system. Over time, her passion for the field, hands-on experience, and gratitude for the mentorship that shaped her practice inspired her to co-found Pacific Stream Immigration, where she could provide more personal and values-driven service.
Pam understands that immigration is more than an application. This perspective shapes the way she works with every client. She believes in providing clear guidance, expert advice, and thoughtful support throughout the process.
About Karla

Karla brings a rare depth of perspective to immigration law, shaped by her experience as an internationally trained lawyer, entrepreneur, and former international student in Canada. Her career reflects a sustained commitment to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal systems with clarity and confidence.
After relocating to Canada as an international student, she subsequently held progressively senior roles at a Canadian recruitment and immigration firm, advancing from a research and case support position into a leadership role overseeing case management. In these positions, she conducted detailed research on immigration regulations and policy, assisted in the judicial review process, and contributed to the successful processing of dozens of immigration applications, while also taking on responsibility for guiding cross-functional teams and improving departmental workflows. She has earned a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Victoria and went on to receive her Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA).
Having herself navigated the journey from foreign-trained lawyer to international student to entrepreneur in Canada, Karla brings genuine empathy to her practice. She understands, from lived experience, what it means to start over in a new country and she is committed to walking alongside each client with the same care, diligence, and personal investment she would want for her own family. For Karla, every file represents more than a legal matter; it represents a person’s story, and she considers it a privilege to be part of it.
